We are not a sales office of a U.S. law firm. Our attorneys from the Munich office will advise you directly on U.S. law. If necessary in individual cases, additional experts from one of our U.S. offices can be called in to provide support after prior consultation with the client.

We specialise in intellectual property and U.S.-related commercial law issues. We represent European clients who assert claims or defend themselves against lawsuits in the USA. At the same time, we assist with complex legal issues and with the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts under U.S. law.

We focus on EP patent prosecution, bridging the differences between US and EP law and representing our clients in grant proceedings before the EPO and GPTO.

Infringement proceedings

We represent our clients in Post Grant Proceedings before the UPC, EPO, and GPTO. We assist in coordinating the infringement proceedings in Europe with ongoing infringement proceedings in the United States.

Appraise

Our clients often entrust us with the analysis of EP intellectual property rights. We analyze their validity and/or examine them for possible infringements, also in the context of an FTO or IP due diligence.
